Less is more. And type changes everything.

I always see the Dr. Bronner’s soap bottle as I’m walking the aisles of grocery stores, and it stresses me out. I wanted to see what I could do with the excessive text and see if I could still pay homage to the messages on the bottle while also making the bottle more pleasing to look at. I chose to keep the simplistic color scheme of the bottle and use typefaces that elevated the look of the bottle without completely changing the vibe of the brand.

I used 2 different typefaces throughout the new label I created, consisting of “Big Caslon Medium” and multiple variations of “Dapfier.” My goal was to make the label look mature, but still recognizable as the Dr. Bronner’s brand.
